Buys a weeks worth of Meals for a couple
You could help take some of the load when people are at their lowest by providing a weeks worth of healthy meals to a first responder and their partner struggling with PTSD. We all know the pain of having to plan a weeks worth of meals let alone actually preparing them. Someone struggling with their mental health often simply doesn't have any energy left at the end of the day and either eats unhealthily if at all. You can provide a weeks worth of healthy meals to someone, show then that they do matter and are never alone.
